Not sure anyone should be trusting much the mail writes, as for the stats speaking for themselves, some of those stats the mail have pretty much made up, haven't they??

We ranked all clubs on the size of their average gates during this season to reflect contemporary pull. Then we ranked each club by the size of their biggest historic gates. Their overall crowd rank is an aggregate of current pull and also potential based on past highs.
And they managed to rank us 11 places below WBA on that?

What a joke... WBA are a fucking regional club whose trophies were won fucking decades ago...
They have very average crowds and take very average numbers to Away games...
Our turnover must be much larger than theirs...
In short; they're nowhere near the size of us...
Sunderland, on a support level, do though...
WBA are almost like Bolton to me... Nothing regional club...
Size of crowds and fan-base is the biggest factor in determining club-size as is the amount of money a club generates...

The fact that they state potential crowds based on previous highs- well we are moving to a stadium much bigger than we've ever had. So based on that alone it's inaccurate. Also to say arsenal and chelsea are bigger globally than liverpool is the biggest joke on that in my opinion, social media or not.

The more you look at it... The more of a joke it is...
For the record, I don't think that we're much higher than 10th, at present - and 12th isn't far off...
However, clubs like WBA - who are somehow above us - and Stoke and Southampton are fucking nowhere near the size of us...
Us moving to the OS will show how much bigger a club we are than these regional outfits...
